- A 20% deduction will be applied to the total order amount as payment gateway and processing charges.

International Refund
At Drapes Dress, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with the item received from https://drapesdress.com/, please review our return and cancellation policy below:
Return Policy
- If you are unhappy with the product received, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- You will receive an 80% refund of the product value. The remaining 20% will be deducted as payment processing and miscellaneous charges.
- If the item is returned after 7 days, a 10% restocking fee will be applied on the product price.
- Refunds will never exceed the actual value of the goods purchased.
- We do not refund any custom duties, taxes, or shipping costs, if applicable.
- For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, whether the product is unstitched or stitched.
- Custom-made/stitched clothing (including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Any return claims for damage, defects, or stains must be filed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Along with your claim, please submit:
- A clear image of the defective item
- A digital copy of the invoice
- Unboxing Video is Must Required.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
- If you request cancellation after 24 hours, 30% of the total order amount will be deducted as bank/payment processing charges.
- Orders that are already processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded as Drapes Dress store credit or discount coupon codes only.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- You will also be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If your refund is approved:
- We will request your bank account details for processing.
- The refund will be credited to your account within 5–7 working days.
