Domestic Shipping

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. All domestic orders are typically shipped within 7 days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

International Shipping

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered exclusively through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post. International orders are generally delivered within 7 to 14 days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times are subject to the norms of the courier company or postal authorities.

Liability

DrapesDress is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 to 14 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer. A confirmation of delivery will be sent to your email address as specified during registration.
